Description

The aim of the project is to empower youth through training and innovative youth work to positively shape their social environment. Youngsters are engaged to act as local change agents towards a healthy and active lifestyle. Specifically, ´communities of practice´ (CoP) initiated by youngsters are to be created in various European locations involving local community stakeholders. The project has two goals: empowering youth to shape the framework conditions of their everyday lives and developing a change in behavior to an active, healthier and more self-responsible lifestyle.
