Strengthening the Skills of Social Workers in a Europe in Crisis

Project: Erasmus project

Project Details

Description

European social workers face many challenges: growing inequality, ageing societies, challenges related to war and forced migration, health crises, etc. The most important reason for this project is the urgent need to strengthen the competences for crisis management of professionals in the face of Europe's many problems. The SISWEC (Erasmus Plus) project aims to prepare (future) social workers for the new needs of a Europe in crisis and to harmonise training in a dual approach of academic excellence and social relevance.
