Description
IcARUS aims to learn from past experiences in urban security policy and practice across Europe. The main objective of the project is to rethink, redesign and adapt existing tools and methods to help local security actors anticipate and better respond to security challenges. The FH Salzburg team is involved in various project tasks, such as accompanying cities in their development of socially innovative measures and their evaluation. The partners include the cities of Lisbon, Riga, Stuttgart, Rotterdam, Nice and Turin. The consortium is led by the European Forum for Urban Security based in Paris.
