Project Details
Description
The lack of qualified nurses (and the tendency to leave the profession early) - especially in long-term care - has been further exacerbated by the Corona pandemic. At the same time, unemployment has risen. In order to counteract this problem, a 3-year diploma course for health and nursing care started on 12 July 2021 at the “BFI Salzburg”, which is financed by the cooperation partners “Land Salzburg”, “AK Salzburg” and the “AMS”. As part of a satisfaction survey, the specific framework conditions of this training year are examined from a social science perspective.
